Financial Crisis

In all appearances, it seems as though the market is steady and moving in an upward trend. In most sectors there is improvement, and in some cases; you would never know that there was a depression. Many people are about half way back to pre depression levels. Pull backs are slight.

Oil is at $80 per barrel and many think a bit high.

However, the bottom line is we keep losing jobs. But, if you think that bothers corporate America, better think again. Unions have all been busted for the most part. Corporate America is happy to have trimmed it's work force, better bottom line for the share holders. Do they care about the worker? You figure. More workers, less profits.

So things look good from Wall Street, but not Main Street. However, there are some indications and even some small amount of hiring going on even though we are still negative in that area.

Do I believe what I hear on TV, no. Do I pay attention to mortgage rates, no. Why, my God meets all my needs. Simple as that. I pay little attention to what is going on in the world. "Man does not eat by bread alone, but by every Word out of the mouth of God. Amen.
